A Guide to Ensure Your Voice Counts at the Annual General Meeting April 13th 2024

In every condominium community, there lies a powerful yet often underutilized tool for shaping its future: the voteAs owners, you hold the keys to decision-making, with more than 70% of the votes at your disposal. However, it’s time to recognize the immense potential of your collective voice and take charge of the destiny of your condominium.
 
Currently, with only 1/3 of the votes being exercised, the administration holds undue sway over the direction of the community. But imagine the possibilities if the majority of owners actively participated in the decision-making process. By leveraging your voting power, you can ensure that your voices are heard, and your preferences are prioritized.
 
The administration may be making decisions on your behalf, but it’s your investments, your homes, and your lifestyles that are at stake. Why leave such crucial matters solely in the hands of others when you have the means to influence them directly?
 
We recognize that as the proprietor, your presence at every meeting may not always be feasible. in the forthcoming meeting, several volunteers from the Fellow Owners Association will be in attendance to vote on your behalf. We are homeowners ourselves and will actively engage in the proceedings. You can give us your proxy.
 
How to Submit Your Proxy?
1.      Download the provided Proxy: English, Portuguese or Spanish.
2.      Fill in your Full Name, Plot Number, Address, and ID number.
3.      Take a picture/scan of your passport/ID and the signed Proxy.
4.      Send the documents to: info@fellowowners.com.
 
Last year, unforeseen circumstances led to the need for three AGM meetings instead of one, each requiring a new proxy. To streamline the process for both you and us, we’ve created a comprehensive proxy valid for all meetings throughout 2024. Should you be available for a particular meeting, you can exercise your vote directly, and we’ll promptly return your proxy.
