Our mission with Fellow Owners is to transform the Bom Sucesso Resort into the stunning contemporary architectural icon it was always meant to be! This effort goes beyond aesthetics; we aim to create a vibrant community hub featuring fantastic facilities, including a state-of-the-art tennis and paddle court.
Currently, these sports areas are under bank ownership due to insolvency and are not in great condition. Nuno Mota, our esteemed tennis professional and Portuguese tennis champion, is eager to change that. He’s seeking enthusiastic co-investors to help revitalize the tennis and paddle courts, turning them into outstanding attractions!
