These meditation sessions are for those who have never tried meditation, or for those who have tried it and didn’t like it, for the more experienced or for those whose meditation bores them 🙂
Spending a few minutes in meditation has a number of scientifically proven physiological and mental benefits: well-being, relaxation, anxiety and stress management and improvements in: emotional and social skills; memory; sleep quality; cognitive abilities; the immune system.
We will learn the three stages of meditation and explore various ways of meditating, so that you can find the one that best suits you in your day-to-day life, from guided to unguided meditations, and various types of meditation: chakra meditation, yantra-dhyana, mantra-dhyana, microcosmic orbit meditation, among others.
It is advisable to bring your Yoga mat.
