The Meditation Club

Spending a few minutes in meditation has a number of scientifically proven physiological and mental benefits: well-being, relaxation, anxiety and stress management and improvements in: emotional and social skills; memory; sleep quality; cognitive abilities; immune system.

The three phases of meditation will be covered and various ways of meditating will be explored, so that you can find the one that best suits your day-to-day life, from guided to unguided meditations and various types of meditation: yantra-dhyana, mantra-dhyana, microcosmic orbit meditation, chakra meditation, among others.

These classes are perfect for beginners, including anyone who is intimidated or confused by meditation. I’ll help you develop a practice that feels doable.

You will need a yoga mat, warm clothes and a blanket.
