In 2022, a group of committed Bom Sucesso Resort owners founded Fellow Owners.

We started to get a better understanding of how our condominium funds are allocated, get relevant updates on planned changes and improvements, and hopefully gain some input into this ongoing process.

Our mission is to transform the Bom Sucesso Resort into the magnificent contemporary architectural icon it was originally envisioned to be.

Living in a work of art fully integrated into the landscape, involving the best moments of our life with the beaty of aesthetics, and infusing our leisure with pure pleasure.

Tourist license renewal

BS Villas has brought attention to potential risks to the resort and owners due to a possible lapse in renewing the tourist license. We are actively working to clarify the situation on our terms, ensuring continued smooth operations.

Community survey

Initiating a comprehensive survey among us Fellow Owners to pinpoint and address the most significant concerns within our community. This effort aims to identify areas where collective assistance is needed, fostering a stronger and more supportive community.

OUTCOME Survey

GM representation

Recognizing the importance of securing a majority in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for effective representation and progress. We are actively connecting with private owners to obtain proxies when necessary, ensuring our collective voice is heard and our interests are well-represented.

Solar panel exploration

Embarking on a thorough exploration of the potential for installing solar panels on our properties. This initiative not only aligns with sustainable practices but also presents an opportunity for cost savings and environmentally friendly energy consumption, demonstrating our commitment to responsible living.

Condominium oversight

Committed to vigilant oversight of communication from the condominium, ensuring alignment with established frameworks. This includes aspects such as budget, reports, AGM agenda, new rental contracts, and more. Prompt action will be taken whenever necessary to uphold the standards and interests of our community.
