In 2022, a group of committed Bom Sucesso Resort owners founded Fellow Owners.
We started to get a better understanding of how our condominium funds are allocated, get relevant updates on planned changes and improvements, and hopefully gain some input into this ongoing process.
Our mission is to transform the Bom Sucesso Resort into the magnificent contemporary architectural icon it was originally envisioned to be.

We aspire to see every part of Bom Sucesso — from streets and sidewalks to greenery and construction areas — maintained to the impeccable standards of a five-star resort. Beautifully kept surroundings reflect the care and quality that define our community.
Infrastructure Acceptance
A major milestone ahead: the final acceptance of Bom Sucesso’s infrastructures by the Municipality of Óbidos, including settlement of the €143,000 debt to the Condominium. Once complete, the Municipality will take over maintenance and upkeep responsibilities.
AGM Representation
To drive real progress, we’re strengthening our representation at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). By connecting with private owners and gathering proxies when needed, we ensure our collective voice is heard — and our shared interests move forward.
Renewable Energy
Built more than 20 years ago, Bom Sucesso was ahead of its time in design and environmental awareness. Now, we’re ready to go further — exploring renewable energy solutions that reduce costs, lower our footprint, and power a more sustainable future.
Condominium oversight
We remain committed to strong and transparent oversight of condominium operations. From budgets and reports to AGM agendas and rental contracts, we’ll act promptly to safeguard our community’s standards and shared values.
