At Bom Succeso Resort, Álvaro Siza Vieira is mostly known for his 14 Villas on Rua da Pereiras. Two villa projects in Phase 2 are not well recognized, and only one of the houses is finished.
He did also the Commerical Area, with hotel reception, condominium offices, fitness club and event location NAVE.

Siza designed 14 villas at Bom Sucesso, which is documented in a dedicated book. And the commercial area at the entrance resort includes the event venue Nave Lagoa.
