    The Condominium management has prepared a proposal outlining penalties for violations of the village regulations. The proposal will be presented and voted for in the next general meeting in March 2024. If the proposal is accepted, BS Villas will be the judge and jury on what constitutes a regulatory breach and who will be fined.
