Rogério Cavaca designed 16 unique villas at Bom Sucesso, named by us “The Garage,” with an intriguing facade resembling garages when viewed from the street. But the surprise unfolds upon entering the first floor, revealing breathtaking views of the golf course, always bright facing south.

“Our concept includes only villas with two floors – basement and ground floor – in harmony with the natural topography of the site. The gradient between the front of the house, overlooking the street, and the back, along which a path runs as the border of the golf course, is approximately 3 m.
